The Skinny Title
Our limited knowledge
We, with our limited knowledge can only think about our current janma.
Bhagavan only knows the complete picture of our several janmas, our karma bags and our future janmas (if not liberated in the current janma). So, based on that he makes a plan to give us a birth (human birth itself is a rare one) in a particular family, particular varnasrama, boy or girl suitable for easy advancement towards destination.

Puzzle-solving by Bhagawan
He solves our 'path to destination puzzle' like a Big jigsaw puzzle by making so many movements. Without questioning and with strong belief in Him and Acharya, if we incline ourselves to be in a place, they show, He can solve the puzzle soon and will make our life and then Atma blossom like a beautiful flower picture.
Bhagawan's assurance to us
Bhagawan gives assurance to us about our next birth if we put efforts in following any of the Yoga marga as He mentioned in Gita.

Chapter 6: Sankhya-yoga

TEXT 41
prapya punya-krtam lokan
usitva sasvatih samah
sucinam srimatam gehe
yoga-bhrasto 'bhijayate
When Arjuna asked Krishna 'what will happen if he fails in the yoga taken in this birth', Krishna assured him (and us) that He will give us birth in the next janma in a pious family to continue yoga from the place where he (we) left.
Purpose of realtionships
There is a meaning for each and every relationship we get by birth. We should learn to respect that. Especially, Acharyas we have by birth (family Parmparya Acharyas) play an important role in giving us the directions. If we go along the shown path, it will be easy.

Jeeyar Swamy's upadesam to devotees
"I am like GPS. I am always ready to show you the right path. But you have to turn me on, keeping in connection with me".
Let us all be always connected with our Acharyas and Bhagawan to let them show us the divine path.
Importance of sampradhaya
Sometimes atmas will be placed in a place (brahmanas, gents) where they have to swim in the opposite direction (edhirneechal by vedha chanting for lokakshema following lots of niyamas and anushtanams (rules and regulations), where some pronunciation or lack of achara, anushtanams will bring them papam and lokahaani too) to reach the destination whereas some will be placed in a position where they can do direct swimming with some resting places in between to reach the same destination. If these persons want to put edhirneechal and change the direction or if those people want to reach nearby land (with so much scenery) by walk easily, both will end up in wrong destinations. When husband and wife agree to go in a single boat, it will be easy if they both operate, their side pedal. If the wife from left wants to operate right side pedal and husband from right wants to operate left side pedal, the boat won't move. So, we always have advantage if we go by rules.
