The Skinny Title
Acharyas

1.
All Aacharyas are respectable Gurus. We have to understand our own Guru parampara prabhavam. They are our Well-wishers. Bhaghavan made Guru parampara, a chain from Him to Acharyas upto our period to give proper guidance to people during any generation, any time. Whatever upadesams they tell are words of Bhagavan only. They won't tell anything without Pramanam (Proof) from Sruthi, Smriti and Puranas.
2.
First and foremost thing every one in our Sanatana dharma should do is 'Respect Guru Parampara as per their Sampradhayam and make their Children also trust them first'. We have to assure them whatever doubts they have, they can get it clarified by our Acharya or Sishyas.
3.
Paramparya Acharyas acquire knowledge about Vedhas, Shastras, Puranas, Nyaya Meemamsa Dharka Shastra and much more from their Acharyas for many years. They themselves follow all Achara, Anushtanams. They know very well, as Parents.... how to give knowledge to their Kids... (Sishyaas) .. When to give ... In what order .. depending upon the maturity level of sishyas. They will gradually inculcate knowledge in us with a strong foundation.
4.
When all elders start to sow.. in their children from childhood (Elders too should have) .. _a strong faith on their Acharyas_ and to emphasize the need to have Acharya abimana (respect and affection towards Acharyas) and Acharya sambhandham (which only can prevent us from being drowned in materialistic life), then all matters will set right automatically.
Relationships
Bhagavan gives important four relationships to us by birth to show us the right path to reach Him soon without any distractions if the given relationships are well utilized in a proper way.

-
Maatha
-
Pitha
-
Guru
-
Deivam
First, we have to trust Maatha. Then Pitha. Then when both together take us to our Paramparya Acharya, we should start trusting Him as He is our Guide given to us by God and we have to follow His upadesams (Guidance) as a family.
If all these three happen, Our Acharya will show us the right path, tell us how to travel in the path and what all supports Bhagavan has given to us, to reach the destination easily.
This is such an easy plan offered to us by Bhagavan to accomplish the goal - but out of curiosity, impatience, and our desire to use our intelligence (!) to explore various paths, we may make it a much complicated one.
