Healthy Lifestyle - In connection with basic five elements - Pritvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Akash - sitting on the land - cooking involves all the five elements - well water with minerals - nadhi snanam (herbal benefits) - earthen cookware - Go paripalanam (The presence of desi cows is considered holy as well as medicinal in the Indian culture) - Healthy milk products from Desi cows, Antibacterial cow dung cleaning - Physical exercises while doing daily work - Pure air without pollution.

Unhealthy Lifestyle - Losing connection with basic five elements - Pritvi, Jal, Agni, Vayu, Akash - no sitting on the land - Missing some of the five elements in cooking, for example air and sunlight are missing in Cooker, Microwave cooking, resulting in many diseases including cancer - Purified water minus important minerals and added sugar content - no nadhi snanam (missing herbal benefits) - nonstick cookware (chemical reaction) - Unhealthy milk products from jersey cows - Reduced physical exercises during daily work which leads to many diseases - Lots of pollution
Satvik Lifestyle

Value education from Traditional Gurus, Acharyas and Discourses help us to develop humility along with real knowledge required to achieve the goal - the purpose of the birth, always in connection with God and Good morals. Holistic education is a philosophy of education based on the premise that each person finds identity, meaning, and purpose in life through connections to the community, to the natural world, and to humanitarian values such as compassion and peace.

There are 32 Vidyas according to Upanishads. Upanishads are the last chapters of Vedas, and their synonyms are Vedanthas, Shruthi Shiras, etc.. . Vedangas should be read to understand Vedas. Upanishads are Gnana Kandas in Vedas. Some Upasanas were told in Upanishads. These are called Vidyas.

Modern education system focuses on grades and trophies more than the students themselves. The schools have no interest in the character development of the students. Education is needed mainly for good earnings to lead a comfortable luxurious materialistic lifestyle, giving the least importance to values, compassion, and peaceful life and hence make all forget the purpose of life itself - More competition yields mostly either superiority or inferiority feeling which is not good.
Living with Our Culture

Our traditional way of festival celebrations (Lighting lamps, Visiting temples, receiving blessings from elders, making and having prasadams) and Traditional arts, always being in connection with spirituality, bring auspiciousness and increase Satva guna in us thereby making us more and more move towards God to achieve the purpose of life. The habit of using auspicious things daily brings in more positive energy around us. Natural turmeric beauty lasts long and good for health too. There is a significant meaning behind each and every practice in our culture.
Moving away from our Culture- The Modern Trend

Without realising the significant benefits of our cultural practices, moving away from such practices in the name of modern trend (especially dress trend without community awareness, loose hairstyles, not wearing bindi, and auspicious ornaments) brings in more negative energies to us wherever we go - spending time in unnecessary activities just for entertainment gives us no time to think about God and The Ultimate Goal. Artificial beauty won't last long and makes us addicted to that. The modern way of celebrations involves inauspicious and unhealthy practices (Blowing candlelight, Junk food, drinks in parties, Singing and dancing for movie songs even during marriages which should be celebrated in an auspicious way) increases rajo guna and hence makes us move away from God forgetting the purpose of human birth.
