Tatwa
There are three real entities. They are categorized as Chit, Achit and Eshwara.
Achit
Whatever you are able to see with your naked eyes, whatever you are able to touch, feel, smell, taste, take or drop, all material things including our body is Achit. They are inanimate. They don’t have any knowledge
Chit
Jeevathma - Chit is one which has knowledge.
Body and Atman are different entities. We cannot control all Achit Tatwa including our body. All have to be controlled and channelized by someone. There has to be a 3rd power, powerful energy which controls both ( Achit and Chit )
Eshwara
Esh means controlling skill. Varaj means by nature He is skillful. A person who controls chit and achit is Brahmam / Eshwara.
Purushartham
Goal - What is that I need to achieve in the world. There has to be a permanent goal other than various intermediate goals
Hidha
Means to accomplish the goal.
Karma means my deeds
Good deeds end up in Punya
Bad deeds end up in Papa
Achit, Chit and Eshwara are eternal. But Karma has an end.
Purushartham
The goal of any Jeevathma is to get out of this cycle of birth and death and reach salvation. Other goals like material wealth are quite mean, when compared to the eternal bliss of enjoying the divine and sweet attributes of Brahmam
Basic five elements of creation are
Prithvi - Earth
Up - Water
Tejas - Fire, Agni
Vayu - Air
Akash - Ether, Space
There has to be a co-ordinated effort of all these five for everything. Even a mundane activity of daily cooking require these elements.
Vedas
Vedas deal with knowledge of universe - creation, purpose and duration
It is a pity that the enormous power and wisdom of the Atman gets covered during diluge, making it impossible to practice any path for salvation. Sriman Narayanan, the abode of compassion, blesses the Jeeva with a body. We are expected to use the mind and intellect for making the right decision. On the contrary, the atman gets dragged into sense of organs and forgets the purpose of creation. Hence, the almighty also creates vedhas. He expects the Jeeva to use the Vedhas as the guiding light to reach salvation.
We all should resolve:
-
My Goal is very very supreme
-
I am not going to settle to mean objectives at all
-
I am not going to settle to material pleasures alone
-
I am here to achieve something higher and higher
-
I have the power to achieve that
The sole purpose of creation is, to get rid of our karmas and eventually end the cycle of vicious birth and death, to reach Srivaikundam, enjoy the eternal bliss with him.
