Goseva is Govinda Seva 🙏🙏 Sri Ramanuja Go Seva is a 'Mobile Goseva service' dedicated to assisting sick cows, provided by the pracharam.in team. In addition to our rural initiatives for children, we also offer support to ailing cows. We respond to rescue requests from small farmers and cow owners in and around the Tiruchirappalli district 🙏🏽

During pregnancy or after giving birth, some mother cows may struggle to stand due to calcium deficiency, injuries, inadequate nutrition, and various other factors. Many small-scale farmers find it challenging to provide care for their immobile cows, and some may resort to selling them for slaughter against their wishes. To address this issue, we launched an initiative with three cow lifting machines, which we lend out for free to farmers in need around the Trichy district. Much like physiotherapy, if cows are assisted to stand for an hour twice a day using the machine, they can receive oil massages and other treatments. This process helps them regain strength in their legs, often resulting in recovery within three days to a week.

Upon learning about the positive feedback from users, many others began reaching out to us. As a result, we have added seven new machines to our service since April 2024. Numerous cows and farmers are now benefiting from this initiative. With the blessings of Swami Ramanujacharya Krupa, we aspire to assist even more mother cows, calves, and farmers in the future. 🙏🏼
